Choosing AXA, you can expect to join a company where you will have opportunities to grow, share a common sense of purpose and feel supported by a strong community.
Our values
Our four values reflect our culture and we feel proud to live through them everyday. They come to life through our behaviours: how we work, how we treat each other, and the commitment we show to our customers. Strong values lead to business impact when they’re clear and they’re used in daily practice.
All our thinking starts with the customer
We are guided by strong moral principles
We speak our mind and act to make things happen
Being together and being different, makes us better
Driving innovation and impact
At AXA, we are committed to Care & Dare for progress, for our people, our customers and society at large. We are an international team of colleagues working together within a culture that nurtures empathy and collaboration, empowerment and agility to drive innovation.
"Care" is our pledge to listen to, understand and fulfill the needs of individuals, teams, clients, and society. This fosters a supportive work environment that values open communication and shared progress.
"Dare" is our opportunity to question the norm and tackle complexity. It cultivates a growth mindset that sees challenges as chances for learning and development.
By striking a balance between "Care" and "Dare", we create a culture that encourages our teams to take ownership, initiative, and propel our business forward. This drives growth, innovation, and societal impact.
A daring culture: a conversation with Liverpool Football Club (LFC)
In our commitment to fostering a daring culture at AXA, Kirsty Leivers, AXA Group Head of Culture, Inclusion and Diversity, has a thought-provoking discussion with Arne Slot, LFC Head Coach, and Alex Inglethorpe, LFC Academy Director.
They share valuable insights on creating an environment where team members feel safe to make mistakes and work together as a team to support each other through the learning process. Making sure to also have a caring approach is essential as this supportive atmosphere empowers employees to take calculated risks, paving the way for success.
Creating a great place to work starts with listening to our people
We believe in active listening and we're building a culture where all our employees can use their voice and share their feedback. AXA conducts regular global Pulse surveys on topics to understand how our employees feel about our cultural and organizational strategy.
The global surveys go to all AXA employees (107,000+) in 19 languages and help to quickly identify our strengths and areas of improvement. Pulse surveys have allowed AXA to implement a ‘fast feedback’ culture since they allow for employees to share feedback on a regular basis throughout the year.
On top of Employee engagement survey to measure our progress in employee experience, we run Inclusion Survey to seek insights from employees to become an even more inclusive and diverse company to reflect the diversity of our customers and society. Visit I&D pages to know more about Inclusion Survey.
We attract exceptional people, like you. We welcome them to our team. We challenge and support them. We achieve outstanding results together.
As a global team with a huge range of different people from many nationalities, backgrounds and cultures, we want each and every one of you to feel included, supported and heard.
It all starts with listening. It continues with making sure you have equal access to opportunities and are paid equitably accross AXA.
