The specific questions we ask will depend on the position you’re applying for, but all our questions are intended to help us understand your capabilities and potential to grow. Generally, we look for a strong desire to learn, willingness to make an impact, a passion for collaboration, and a desire to excel. Teamwork, Adaptability, Flexibility and strong work ethics.
The recruitment team review all job applicants for each opening and will reach out to pre selected applicants in order to arrange a call/interview.
Most positions are full-time, but we do occasionally have part-time roles.
There are many jobs for which the company might be able to sponsor visas, depending on the requirements of the job and the qualifications of the candidate. Feel free to ask the recruitment team upfront to know if this could be possible or not.
Apply for jobs as you normally would. If a recruiter contacts you about a job, let the recruiter know about your situation and relocation requirements. If the particular position does not have a relocation budget available, the recruiter may also be able to assist you in finding similar jobs that do.

Help us get to know you by explaining how your prior experience and successes have prepared you for the role you’re pursuing at AXA. Review the job description and do a bit of research on the role and the team. Come with a few examples in mind that demonstrate your skills and any questions you have about the opportunity.
Thoughtful questions demonstrate your level of understanding, your interest, and your passions. The interview is an opportunity for you to get to know the role better.

In general, you’ll typically meet with two to four people for up to an hour each, depending on the role.
Be prepared to demonstrate how you meet the requirements of the job description by sharing specific examples from your past, or ideas about how you would accomplish a specific task. For some of our openings you may be asked to write code, share a creative portfolio, or provide examples of your work in other ways.
Case studies and online tests, languages tests can be required.
We're interested in more than just your answers. We want to know how your mind works, how you come up with solutions, and whether you can clearly explain your thinking process. Be prepared to verbalize how you came up with the answer or solution to a technical issue, design question, or problem-solving puzzle.

Your recruiter can provide the names and contact information of your interviewers if you’d like to send thank you notes.
When you apply for a role on MyMOVE, you’ll be asked to upload your resume. If you need any assistance to build a resume, you can reach out to your HR team.
If you apply to different positions you can customize your resume to each position.
You should provide the CV in the same language as the job description.
