The key feature of "Health & Productivity Management AXA Style" lies in its focus on supporting life management based on employees' personal goals and dreams. By positioning health as a tool for achieving life aspirations, the service fosters intrinsic motivation. Additionally, it helps employees manage their life plans by addressing future financial uncertainties and providing opportunities to explore and realize their purpose and passion in both work and life.

Enhanced Coverage Recommendation Service for New Automobile Insurance Contracts

Our “Coverage Recommendation Service” provides tailored coverage plans based on each customer’s unique car life and quotation details. By utilizing anonymized big data from over one million contracts and the information entered by customers, the AI-powered system conducts real-time, personalized analyses to recommend coverage options, enabling customers to confidently consider their choices.

Furthermore, by taking into account key factors that were likely prioritized in the customer’s previous insurance contracts and coverage details, we are now able to offer plans that are even more customized to meet the needs of each individual customer.

ERG (Employee Resource Group)

An ERG is a voluntary group organized by employees who share specific characteristics or attributes, along with those who are interested in supporting them. As a mechanism for employees to actively promote the company’s inclusion and diversity initiatives, there are currently seven ERGs operating with the support of the company.
