Redhill, UK
Our people work across a range of departments, from HR to IT to Assistance to Underwriting. We’re based in the town centre so nice and easy to get to. The train station (and local shopping centre) is just a 10-minute walk and there’s plenty of parking close by. Once here, you’ll find showers, a restaurant, vending machines, training rooms, plus a lovely outdoor seating area, so you might not want to leave! We’re an active lot too – with regular charity events, competitions and BBQs, not to mention plenty of opportunities for learning and focusing on your wellbeing.
Barcelona, Spain
Our Barcelona office is home to teams across Assistance, HR, IT, Underwriting, Marketing, Legal, Finance and other key areas. We’re near the Arena shopping centre, so there’s plenty of great shops and restaurants to visit when you’re away from the office. We also get involved in many community projects, allowing us to give something back to the communities in which we live and work.
Malakoff, France
You’ll find our office in the south-west of Paris, where a large variety of teams work across areas like Medical and Assistance alongside our key support functions including IT, HR and Business Development. It’s also where our CEO, Marie-Louise Elhabre is based. There are plenty of public transport links and we also have two car parks, which are fully accessible to disabled employees. If you want to stay on site, we have two company restaurants with lots of freshly made meals and an outside area to enjoy the sun when the weather is nice. If smart working away from the office is your thing, the surrounding area offers lots of collaborative spaces where you can connect with other people. We love to socialise as a team and organise many events throughout the year.
Shannon, Ireland
Our Shannon office serves as a hub for teams across HR, Operations, IT, Finance and Compliance. We’re close to Shannon airport, so a great location for any international travel. Onsite, we have a recreational area with a pool and table tennis table and we also run regular fundraising initiatives to support local charities and communities.
Mexico City, Mexico
Teams in our Mexico City and Querétaro offices work across many areas, including HR, Finance, IT, Commercial, Customer Services, Operations and our Call Center. Both locations are very well connected. Our Mexico City office (Axapolis) is in the south of the city, close to shopping malls and useful transport hubs. Our Querétaro office is part of the Empresalia co-operative, where you’ll find a gym, restaurants and plenty more to enjoy. We like to get together outside of work as well, and organise lots of different corporate and social events for our people.
Bogota, Colombia
Our Bogota office is home to teams working across a broad range of areas, including Assistance, Operations, IT, Commercial, Laboratories, and our Call Center. On site you’ll find a coffee shop, TV room and plenty of games for when you want to step away from work. There’s also ample bike parking and lockers. We’re located in the north of the city, close to markets, coffee shops, gyms, parks, restaurants and the transmilenio station. We also enjoy putting on lots of social events and celebrations for our people.

AXA Assistance USA has more than half of our employees working from our Chicago office. Located just outside Grant Park, the workplace offers panoramic views of Chicago’s most distinguished landmarks and cultural attractions — including Millennium Park, Cloud Gate, the Art Institute of Chicago, Maggie Daley Park, Buckingham Fountain, and Museum Campus. The building offers unrivalled amenities, including a 7,000 sq ft terrace overlooking the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, an on-site fitness centre and more.
