WHO ARE THE DATA CONTROLLERS?
Your data will be processed by AXA MPS Financial DAC (hereinafter “AMF” or “we”) - based in Wolfe Tone House, 43-45 Wolfe Tone St., Dublin 1, D01HP90, Ireland – with which you are applying for a job opportunity, internship, or temporary employment. AXA MPS Financial DAC acts as Data Controller.
The data will be stored in compliance with the Irish and Italian legal requirements.
UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
AMF may periodically update this privacy notice. With each update, the data controllers will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the relevance of the changes made.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
To access, update, supplement, rectify, delete, or request the limitation or oppose the processing in cases provided for by law, to assert the right to be forgotten, and to obtain human intervention from the data controller, express your opinion, contest the decision, and request data portability, you can contact the Data Protection Officer – e-mail: privacy@axampsfinancial.ie and the Internal Data Processor, HR Business Partner, as well as lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND HOW ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY AXA?
The processing of personal data aims to allow the evaluation of your application based on AMF's current and future business needs.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?
Your identity and contact data, as well as the information in your CV and supporting interview documentation, are collected and processed to:
a. carry out the necessary evaluations for the potential establishment of a work relationship, collaboration, internship, and temporary employment with our company. Legal basis for processing: contractual necessity.
b. in the case of a positive evaluation, for:
i. preparing the necessary documentation for establishing the work or collaboration relationship, internship, and temporary employment. Legal basis for processing: contractual necessity.
ii. observing specific obligations prescribed by law or other binding regulations (for example, regulations in matters of taxation, social security, health and safety at work, health protection, public order, and safety). Legal basis for processing: legal obligations.
c. For the achievement of the before mentioned purposes, it may also be necessary to process special categories of personal data. In particular, these may include data revealing health status or belonging to protected categories subject to the provisions of labor regulations. Legal basis for processing: compliance with a legal obligation as per Article 9(2)(b) GDPR.
ARE YOU OBLIGED TO PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Data processing is necessary to contact you and to execute your request and manage your application, as well as to comply with legal obligations related to the selection activity; we clarify that only the personal data strictly necessary for the indicated purpose are processed.
The provision of data is optional. However, the absence of information may prevent your application from being considered.
ARE AUTOMATED DECISIONS MADE IN THE CONTEXT OF THIS PROCESSING?
No automated decision-making processes are executed for this processing.
WHERE DO YOUR PERSONAL DATA COME FROM?
We may collect your personal data directly from you or from third parties for recruitment purposes. Such third parties may include recruitment agencies, job boards, and publicly accessible websites such as LinkedIn, as well as specialized companies that facilitate the entry of recent graduates into the job market.
HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your data will be retained for a maximum of three years from the last update by you, unless you specifically request deletion and subject to legal obligations.
TO WHOM DO WE COMMUNICATE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data are processed by our employees and collaborators and may be communicated to third companies, the Supervisory Authority, or other AXA Group companies (parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, even indirectly) that process data on behalf of the Data Controller, always for the aforementioned purposes and to report the candidate's professional profile for potential future needs of the AXA Group.
ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?
For certain activities, we use trusted entities - sometimes operating outside the European Union (e.g., India, USA) - that perform technical, organizational, or managerial tasks on our behalf. In the event of data transfer outside the European Union, the guarantees provided by current regulations are ensured, including the use of binding corporate rules (BCR) for transfers within the AXA Group, the application of standard contractual clauses defined by the European Commission for transfers to companies not belonging to the AXA Group, or the verification of the presence of an adequacy decision regarding the personal data protection system of the importing country.
