RECRUITMENT, INTERNSHIPS AND INTERNAL MOBILITY MANAGEMENT :
1 – WHO ARE THE DATA CONTROLLERS?
The following entities act as joint controllers of your personal data processing (meaning they jointly determine the purposes and means of the processing):
GIE AXA, an economic interest grouping, organized under the laws of France, having its registered office at 23 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris, registered with the Registry of Commerce and Companies of Paris under number 333 491 066,
AND
AXA ASSURANCE MAROC, a company under Moroccan law, registered in the Casablanca Trade Register under number 34 221, with its head office at 120-122 Avenue Hassan II, Mers Sultan, Casablanca, Morocco.
When you are contacted by AXA ASSURANCE MAROC regarding your application, the recruitment process is managed in accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
2 – FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY AXA ASSURANCE MAROC?
Your personal data is processed in order to evaluate your application based on the current and future needs of AXA ASSURANCE MAROC.
3 – WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?
The data processed includes your identification and contact information, as well as the information contained in your CV and interview documents. It is processed for the following purposes:
A. To conduct necessary assessments for a potential employment contract, collaboration, internal mobility, internship, or job offer.
Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures (Art. 4.b) of Law 09-08.
B. In the case of a positive evaluation:
To prepare the necessary documents for establishing the employment or collaboration relationship.
Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures (Art. 4.b) of Law 09-08.To comply with legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., taxation, social security, etc.).
Legal basis: Legal obligations (Art. 3) of Law 09-08.
C. In the case of a negative evaluation:
To retain your personal data in talent databases (CV repositories) for potential future job offers.
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 3) of Law 09-08.
4 – ARE YOU REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Data processing is necessary to contact you and to execute your request and manage your application, as well as to comply with legal obligations related to the selection activity; we clarify that only the personal data strictly necessary for the indicated purpose are processed.
The provision of data is optional. However, the absence of information may prevent your application from being considered.
5 – ARE AUTOMATED DECISIONS MADE?
No automated decisions are made in the context of this processing.
6 – WHERE DOES YOUR PERSONAL DATA COME FROM?
Your data may be collected directly from you or from third parties (job platforms, public websites like LinkedIn, or recruitment agencies).
7 – HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
AXA ASSURANCE MAROC implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. The processing may be carried out electronically or via automated means and includes all necessary operations (collection, recording, organization, modification, storage, consultation, deletion, etc.).
8 – TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your data may be shared with our employees, authorized third-party companies, supervisory authorities, or other AXA Group entities (parent company and subsidiaries) for the purposes described above and in view of future professional or regulatory needs.
9 – HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
Your data will be retained for a maximum of 6 years from your last update, unless you specifically request deletion and subject to legal retention obligations.
10 – IS YOUR DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE MOROCCO?
Yes, we work with AXA Group subsidiaries and trusted external providers, some of which are located outside Morocco (e.g., France, India). In such cases, we ensure your data is protected in accordance with applicable legislation, especially Law 09-08, through:
Binding Corporate Rules (BCR),
Standard Contractual Clauses,
Or confirmation of an adequate level of protection in the recipient country.
