Smart Working

AXA Mandiri fully supports the implementation of hybrid working by enhancing both physical infrastructure and digital solutions to promote smart working and employee wellbeing. As part of this initiative, the office has been redesigned to create a youth-friendly and collaborative environment, featuring an open-space layout with no private rooms and designated collaborative areas. To support flexibility and efficiency, the office is equipped with smart working facilities such as hot desking, online seat booking, personal lockers, vending machines for coffee and snacks, and laptops for all employees.

Collaboration & Fun Activities

AXA Mandiri has launched a program designed to foster a strong sense of ownership and interdepartmental collaboration, called "Bincang Pagi." Each month, two departments are randomly selected to co-organize this townhall-style event.

The department pair that delivers the most outstanding Bincang Pagi session throughout the year will be honored as the Collaboration Champions during the Company Anniversary celebration.

Engagement Committee & AM Club

The Engagement Community is composed of employees representing each department at AXA Mandiri, responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives—from ideation to event execution. Complementing this, the AM Club offers a variety of employee-led communities that cater to diverse interests, including sports, arts, and religious activities. These clubs provide a platform for employees to collaborate, unwind from work, and build meaningful connections, thereby supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. Participation in AM Club is entirely voluntary, with 12 active clubs such as running, tennis, basketball, yoga, Zumba, table tennis, mini soccer, and badminton. These clubs not only encourage a healthy and active lifestyle but also organize internal events and represent AXA Mandiri in external competitions.
