AXA Insurance Indonesia (AXA Insurance) began the business by serving vehicle insurance, and the Company now expands its business focus to variety of general and health insurance products, such as employee benefit, individual health insurance, fire insurance, travel insurance personal accident insurance, heavy equipment insurance, transportation insurance, marine hull insurance, engineering insurance, and others.

AXA Insurance has expanded its service coverage to ensure the customers get easy access the products and services using digital channels, as well as marketing offices, partner workshops and health facilities in many cities, and highly-dedicated employees. As a part of the AXA Group, AXA Insurance Indonesia (AXA Insurance) provides a comprehensive range of protection solutions tailored to individuals, businesses, and professionals. AXA Insurance formed partnership with 71 cities, more than 7,000 hospitals and other health facilities, more than 600 certified agents, more than 200 partner workshops and with more than 350 highly-dedicated employees. Its distribution strategy encompasses a multi-channel approach, including bancassurance, agents, brokers, partnerships, and digital channels.

AXA Insurance Indonesia is headquartered in Jakarta, with eight marketing offices in major cities in Indonesia. We implemented Smart Working culture with 3 days working from office, shared office spaces, and leveraged hybrid working concept to optimize productivity, communication, and collaboration amongst employees.
